In our busy and uncertain world, our mind gets pulled in all directions which may leave us feeling stressed, disorganised and not present. This impacts our wellbeing negatively. A mindful walk is an excellent way to declutter your mind and to restore your sense of focus and calm, to build and nurture your wellbeing.
